Hyundai Santa Fe (TM): Brake System / Vacuum Pump. Repair procedures

Removal

[G 2.5 T-GDI THETA III (Only)]

1.	Disconnect the batter ( - ) cable.

2.	Remove the retaining clip then remove the vacuum pump hose (A).

3.	Remove the vacuum pump connector (A).

Remove the bolts, then remove the vacuum pump assembly (A).

Tightening torque :

19.6 - 24.5 N·m (2.0 - 2.5 kgf·m, 14.5 - 18.1 lb·ft)

Installation

1.	Install in the reverse order of removal

Removal 1. Turm ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable. 2. Remove the battery.
