Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
|

When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective
tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
|
•
|
When removing the interior trim pieces, use a plastic panel
removal tool not to damage the surface.
|
•
|
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
|

Remove the rear bumper assembly.
(Refer to Rear Bumper - "Rear Bumper Assembly")

After loosening the mounting clips, remove the rear bumper beam assembly
(A).

3. |
To install, reverse removal procedure.

Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.

• |
Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
|

ESC ON condition
When the Engine Start/Stop button is in the ON position, ESC and the ESC OFF
indicator lights illuminate for approximately three seconds. After both lights go
off, ESC is enabled.

When ESC is in operation, the ESC indicator light blinks:

you may hear sounds from the brakes, or feel a corresponding sensation in the

Engine oil pressure warning light
This warning light illuminates:
When the engine oil pressure is low.
If the engine oil pressure is low:
1. Drive carefully to the nearest safe location and stop your vehicle.
2. Turn the engine off and check the engine oil level (For more details, refer
to “Engine Oil” section in chapter 9). If the level is low, add oil as required.
