Description Input speed sensor is a vital unit that measures the rate of rotation of the input shaft inside the transaxle and delivers the readings to the TCM.
Inspection • Refer to the DTC manual for the check procedure.
Inspection 1. Check the condenser fins for clogging and damage. If clogged, clean them with water, and blow them with compressed air. If bent, gently bend them using a screwdriver or pliers. 2.
Inspection To inspect and diagnose the sensor, refer to Self-Diagnosis procedure and DTC guide. Replacement 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the rain sensor inner cover (A) and rain sensor cover (B).
