Precautions General Precautions Please read the following precautions carefully before performing the airbag system service. Observe the instructions described in this manual, or the airbags could accidentally deploy and cause damage or injuries.
Oil Specification 1. The R-134a or R-1234yf system requires synthetic (PAG) compressor oil whereas the R-12 system requires mineral compressor oil. The two oils must never be mixed. 2.
Inspection To inspect and diagnose the sensor, refer to Self-Diagnosis procedure and DTC guide. Replacement 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the rain sensor inner cover (A) and rain sensor cover (B).
