Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Remove the glove box housing.

Disconnect the connector (A) and then remove the IBU (B) after loosening
a nut.

Install the IBU after connecting the unit connector.

Install the glove box housing.

Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Diagnosis with diagnostic tool 1. In the body electrical system, failure can be quickly diagnosed by using the vehicle diagnostic system (diagnostic tool).
Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the crash pad lower panel.
Replacement 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the console upper cover (A). 3. Press the lock pin, separate the console upper cover connectors (A).
