| Inspection |

Connect the battery voltage and check the blower motor rotation.

| 2. |
If the blower motor does not operate well, substitute with a known-good
blower motor and check for proper operation.
|
| 3. |
Replace the blower motor if it is proved that there is a problem with
it.

| Replacement |
| 1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
|
| 2. |
Press the lock pin (B) and then remove the crash pad under cover (A).
|
| 3. |
Disconnect the blower motor connector (A) and then remove the blower
motor (B) after loosening the screws.
|
| 4. |
Install in the reverse order of removal.
|

This warning light illuminates:
When you set the ignition switch or the Engine Start/Stop button to the ON position.- The electric power steering warning light illuminates for about 3 seconds and then goes off. Whenever there is a malfunction with the electric power steering.
If this occurs, have the vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
