Replacement
  
•
When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
•
Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
  
•
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
1.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2.
Remove the luggage side trim [RH].
(Refer to Body - "Luggage Side Trim")
3.
Loosen the mountig screws and then remove the rear heater & A/C control unit (A).
4.
To install, reverse removal procedure.

Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
•
Make sure the connector are connected in properly.

    Component [Connector Pin Function] Pin No Connector A 1 Battery (+) 2 IGN2 3 ILL+ (TAIL) 4 REAR C-LINE 5 ILL- (RHEO) 6 Ground

    Replacement 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/recycling/charging station. 3. When the engine is cool, drain the engine coolant from the radiator.
